The long numeric ID from Discord → Developer Mode → Copy User ID. Admin access is this list and nothing else. While it is empty, anyone signing in gets in — so add yourself first.
You are signed in, but your Discord ID is not on the admin whitelist. Ask whoever runs the case to add it.
Content Items
Everything players can find. Characters and evidence land in the filing cabinet and the evidence database; overview blocks become newspaper stories.

Removes every character, clue, evidence item, timeline entry, overview story, question and email — for everyone, immediately. This cannot be undone.
Players, their notes, answers and replies are not touched, and neither are your settings.

Email
Every player gets an address on your domain, built from the name they signed in with. The messages themselves are Content Items with the type Email.

Sending. Add a Content Item with type Email. The name is the subject, the details are the message, and the unlock weeks decide when it arrives. Every email goes to every player — tick Players can reply to this on the ones you want answers to.
Who's Signed In
Everyone who has entered the space, when they first arrived and when they were last seen. Expand a row to read that player's notes.
Names are self-reported for now. Until Discord SSO is wired up, nothing stops someone typing a name that isn't theirs — treat this as a register of who says they're here, not proof of identity. Every record already carries an authMethod field, so once real sign-in lands you'll be able to tell verified players from typed ones.
Answers
Every response players have submitted, grouped by question. Add questions from Content Items — they lock to weeks like everything else.

One picture, full screen, for a moment. Set it up here, then either pin it to something a player opens or press the button and get everyone at once.

Everyone with the site open gets it within about five seconds — that is the polling interval, so they will not all jump in unison. Anyone arriving more than thirty seconds later is not caught by it.
Players can turn frights off in the computer's Settings, and it never flashes — one cut to the picture and back. Put the sound at static/sound/scare.mp3.

Each week is its own edition. A story appears in an edition when its unlock weeks include that week — an Overview item with no weeks ticked runs in every edition as a standing notice. The first week-specific story becomes that week's front-page lead; standing notices always sit below it, never on the front page.

Colours for the office scene and this admin panel. The computer, newspaper and filing cabinet keep their own in-world palettes on purpose — a police terminal shouldn't change colour with the site theme.

How this gate works. There is no Discord OAuth here — a real one needs a server to receive the callback. This checks the ID someone types against the list below, which keeps honest teammates out of each other's way. Anyone determined enough can read the page source, so treat it as a door, not a vault.
You can also name admins in ADMIN_DISCORD_IDS in .env — those are listed below as read-only and cannot be removed from here, so you can never lock yourself out. While nothing at all is configured, the first person to sign in gets the panel.

Use words, not a short code. Guessing is slowed down hard after five tries, but a four-digit PIN is still a smaller haystack than a name.
